Problem with existing OWA and new Exchange server

Greetings Knowledgeable Ones,

We currently have a fuctioning OWA setup (in a public access DMZ) to our existing Exchange 5.5 site. The Exchange servers are on NT 4.0 Enterprise edition.

We have added a new Exchange 5.5 server to the site on a Win2K member server. Now, anyone moved to the new server cannot access their mail via OWA. The web client times out trying to access the mail, but the mail server itself shows successful login in the event log.

Any ideas what we need to do to get the OWA to recognize the new server?

Okay, disregard my original post.

It would appear that we had a brain fade and forgot to open the firewall port for OWA to communicate with the new server. Sometimes the brain just doesn't work.

So thanks and never mind.
