Problem with exchange agent with extension premium

I have problem with premium extension when i try backup in document mode public folder.

I look the exsispa.bk862_1.trc and i get error message as

you don't have suffisant privilege for this object

And the backup stop with error flag

Arcserve 11
Exchange agent 11
premium extension 11

Anyone have a trick or tips for me

for every public folder the user (wich you use for the backup)has to have sufficient rights on that mailbox

Do you have a more detailed error discription??

Hi

The count have administrator of the the domain and full exchange server permissions.

That's why i don't understand the message, seem not a permission problem.

it's 5.5 but the problem is resolved (the post is done at november). I haved migrated the exchange server on new machine and the arcserve in 11.1 version. But now i have these message many times

Virus Software often causes problems with backup.
