Problem with error 0X80004005 Offline Address List when synchronizing

Hi,
I am runnning an Exchange 2000 Entreprise server SP3.
On my client I use WinXP Pro with Outlook 2002 with all the latest service packs installed.

I keep getting error when I use synchronize with my offline folders.
In the log on my client I get:

20:38:23 Microsoft Exchange offlineadressekartotek
20:38:23 0X80004005

It's in danish: Offlineadressekartotek means offline address list

What's wrong - I can't see there's any errors on the server.

The problem persists with any accounts synchronizing offline folders.
