Problem with E&M card

Hello to you all.


I recently change my trunk cards for ones with a caller id capability. Since then I am having some troubles with my tie lines. They seems to get freezed. And then I need to enter maintenance and do a reset and restore so they can function again

Heres my hardware Inventory

Slot 00 processor with CKE5 v1.0i V 60
slot 01 TDL (24 extensions)
slot 02 16 TRR (16 SLT card)
slot 03 16 TRR (16 SLT card)
slot 04 800 GL-ID
slot 05 400 EM
slot 06 16 TRR (16 SLT card)
slot 07 400 EM
slot 08 412 LS-TDL (recently added)


On the error log I get a lot of DTD not available on the EM trunk card. I was searching for a meaning of it bout I didnt find nothing. I was thinking to Upgrade the software but I need to be shure that this will solved my problem

Did you perform a board renumber after adding the 412TDL?

Take a look at the logs again and post the error code. I'm wondering if what you saw was All TTRs Unavailable.

Yes I did, I do the board renumbering.
