Hello. I am very new at working with servers. This is my problem:

My domain here is called lets say "domain.com", the problem is that I also have a website called "domain.com" that is hosted outside, in another company. Many times when I want to go to the site it tells me that it cannot find it, I imagine cause it's looking for it inside, sometimes when i flush the dns it works, but then it fails again. I am tired of being flushing all the computers, what can I do? Thanks!

If I understand you right all you would have to do is create a A record on your dns server. You would want that record to point to the public ip address of the website hosted outside.

Lol! How do I do that?! I really have no idea! also, when somebody tries to go to mail.domain.com, I want it to go to the host outside. Meaning, for now it should never point out when i go to anything with domain.com

You can do a it a number of ways, assuming you know the ip address of the web server that hosts you web site. Use DNS manager to create a new A record,

Open DNS Manager
Expand the list until you seee your domain name

Double click server name followed by Forward lookup zones.
Right Click the domain name and select New Host (A)

In the name field type www
In the address field type the ip address of the web server that hosts your web site.
Click add host.

You may need to flush dns for the change to take effect on your computer.
run ipconfig /flushdns

Exactly what netsec50 said should do the trick.
