Problem with Divert

Hi All

I've got a 2420 phone which is currently diverting to a mobile and I wish to switch the divert off

I've tried the following:

busyout and release
Remove station and re-add
Status station shows no cf
I've tried different phones
I've swopped extension

Any advice would be much appreciated

check the coverage path - it could be using remote-coverage.

Check to see if EC500 is enabled
