Problem with Different Printer

Hi,

I have a problem with Crystal 8.0 as follow :
During development I use dot matrix printer (Epson LQ2170) but when deployment the customer use HP Laser / Deskjet printer.

The problem is : the report print differently from what I have tested during development.

How to solve this problem ?

Krist,

I suggest that you install the relevant HP driver on your system. Then change the report printer to the HP and make sure it looks ok. I had a similar problem with labels and a label printer and this was the only way I could work around it.
