problem with DECT

Hi,
We have a customer in TSW SP3 with integrated DECT, we have instaled
two FCT or TRUCKS for calling, and we have discovered that if the users call
with the Digital or Analog extension through TRUCKS there are no problem,
Nevertheless if the users calls with one freeset (DT288 or DT290),the users
are heared to itself with eco and they hear very low.
The TRUCKS are G35 for Ericsson and the configuration of the Analog route :
