I have a SX2000 with redundant controllers. It had a few table errors coming up so I figured I would restore the database from a data save the way the Tech handbook suggests.

I first did an activity freeze, followed by PARTITION on both planes (active first). Then did a DBMS FLAG OFF on the inactive plane. After that I restarted the inactive plane. The manual tells me to insert the rsd and do a data restore. My problem is that after I restarted the inactive plane it will no longer take my password. It still works on the active plane. Did I miss something? Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

try default passcode - system / sx2000

DBMS FLAG OFF and a reboot wipes the database I think so passwords are back to default. Thats why system and SX2000 work.

There may be no i in team but there are three f's in fudge off.
