Problem with connecting to BP250

After restarting my BP250 cannot connect to BP250 with BMS. Message I got is "Cannot connect to system! [1027] No further information available."

When try to create a new system on BMS got message "Cannot connect to system! [10993] TIMEOUT - Access locked by previous process or BP-EC connection broken(Cable, ...)"

I try to connect to another system with same BMS and cable and everything works fine.

Check if you can connect in the read only mode.
If only this is working and neither a serial nor a remote modem connection you
must coldstart the system and load a backup.

I will try to connect in read only mode. How to do coldstart the system? Think I have backup of this system.

On the CPU you should find a white plug, when you connect this plug into both contacts
and restart the system it makes a coldstart.
Don´t forget to disconnect the plug after the restart!
