I am trying to do a clean-up in the memory allocation.
I did a list-up with office data in Matworx and some memory space have letter instead of number:

740>0171:A-

How can this be? I am unable to delete it via MOC because I need some kind of access code for using CCC.
How can I find my access code?

The A represents a *. B represents a #. These are hex codes and * + # do not have a hex representation, therefore NEC uses A and B as * and #. * is probably an access code for your system.

If * is assigned as a trunk or LCR access code there may be data following the * that you can't see. Try doing a data entry again after the * shows. If there is a number following it I believe you have to do *,CCC to clear the data.

When you get 740>0171:A- try pressing DE again to see if there is any other data following it. If there is simply press DE again and it should get you back to 740>0171:A- then enter *,CCC exe as suggested by gmannatl and that should rectify the problem.
