problem with closing form using X

Hi.
Next problem.
I am having a form which, after I opened (instanciated) I can't close using the X-button in the upper-right corner.
I need to click first outside the form or instanciate another form and than I can use that X-button.

Also there is a grid on the form. Once I click in the grid I can also use the X to close the button.

Any idea?

Have you tried turning on Event Tracking to see what's going on?

I've noticed when running a form in the IDE, that sometimes I can't close the form with the X and when I click the modify form toolbar button I get the error that outstanding references exist.

Is this possibly happening with your form?

New experiences....

If I set thisform.left and thisform.top both to -1 than I can handel the form in the usual way.
I also can set the values I like to see after instanciating to 'normal' values.

Seems all a mistery....

Again new experience:
When I instanciate a form with autocentre = .T. than its'impossible to close that form direct using the X button in the upper right corner.
First I must click on the desktop. Than I can close the form using the X button.
Themes (selected from rightclick on desktop) is XP.
If I change to 'Classic' than all works just normal.
I do use (modified) formmanager of 1001 things.
If no toolbar is instanciated when a form is instanciated
than all works fine under every theme.

Weird things for me......
Any further suggestion?

Problem seems to be solved.
In formmanager code I added code which hides and shows the form.
For now problem seems to be solved.
