problem with c size partition

hi everybody, i have the following problem, i have and 200 adv server with a 4Gb C partition, which is the root partition for the OS, the problem is that although if is sellect all file and dirs of that partition i only get a 2Gb used size, but when i see the partition properties i only have 400Mb of disk space,, does anybody know how to resolve this??
