Problem with ACD

I'm facing problem with ACD. Everything works fine as expected upto point 6 in vector 255 but when it reaches point 7, V22, I get the announcement and ext. 28 keeps ringing and doesn't follow the Coverage Path. Looking forward to your valuable advice.

how about go to vector 22 unconditionally at step 7 of vector, also on vector 22 no one will be able to get to step 3 as it will route on step 2 1st

v22 here would be VDN 22 and not vector 22. If you reroute to new VDN on the first vdn you might need to enable VDN overide

Even Enabling VDN Over riding doesn't help.
