Problem with A220 PCI ADSL Modem

Good Morning

I am having problems with my A220 PCI Modem, it works fine
under W98 and worked okay on XP for a couple of months, but
since a reinstall of XP, it's now very unstable.

Any Ideas ?

Did you download the latest driver for the modem? The date I see on the latest driver is November 6, 2002. Also, did you install the motherboard drivers after reinstalling XP? If it's an older mobo, you generally don't have to worry about it, but I would still check the website of the mobo manufacturer and see if there are any updated drivers...they are used to help the OS identify and assign mobo resources correctly.

Yes I have used the Latest Drivers for the DSL Modem.
The strange thing is that it was working fine for a couple
of Months before the reinstall of Xp Home Edition.

I did manage to get it working for a short time by removing
QOS, but I had to reinstall again and now this time the
fix does not work ?
