I've just built a new PC:

Athlon XP1900+ CPU
Abit KT7A-RAID KT133A SktA ATX Mobo
Maxtor 120GB ATA133 4G120J6IDE HDD
Geforce2 mx (Abit Siluro T200) Graphics Card
Running on Windows XP Pro

Everything seems fine but,

When running the benchmark tests on 3DMark 2001se it gets so far and just dissapears. That is, the program (3DMark) unloads itself.
I've tried to make sure nothing else is running, but it still keeps happening.
Any ideas?

3D Benchmark 2001 wasn't really designed for such a low end graphics card as the MX200, try 3D Benchmark 2000.
Install latest Detonator XP drivers off the Nvidia site.
Check the XP processor isn't getting too hot?
Benchmarks like this stress the CPU as well as the GPU.
Athlons go flakey in the low 60's.
Have you got additional case cooling? at least two extra case fans with an XP1900+ Martin Just trying to help, sometimes falling short, I am only human after all.

thanks guys, I'll try these suggestions.
