Problem while uploading tyhe keycode

hi,

we are facing problem while uploading the keycode in 81C system with Rls 4.5.we checked the keycode is having correct system id and licences. while we upload the keycode we got the error
The following keycode files are available on the removable media:

pls tell whether this is due to keycode error or system error. pls hep us

is this a working system? the code says the keycode does not match the security dongle on the cmdu card.. that keeps users from loading keycodes on several sites

Exactly. This is not saying there is a problem with either, it is say the 2 do not match.

We found the problem with core 0 only. we have uploaded the keycode in core 1 successfully and then we have joined both the cores. on rebooting the system we got the following error on core 0

" security device is missing
pls check and reseat the device. "

on checking the status on LD 137 ON CORE 0 we got the following response.

.....


SDEV NOT RESPONDING.

Yes you need to check the dongle on core 0. Try reseating it and be sure to clean both sides with a paper towel or your shirt to get the oil from someone handling it upon installation. I have seen bad cards and dongles that have gone bad. You may need to get Nortel involved as they will not replace it without GNTS approval.
