hello everyone
Please help me. I have a question.
On an Openscap OS4K V10 device
In SIP subscribers, sometimes I have sound and sometimes I don't have sound. What is the problem? Please advise.

Internal or external calls?
One way audio or no audio at each end?


The RTP voice packets flow directly through between the endpoints.

Check that IP traffic is routable between all subnets which have SIP clients / handsets..

Check firewalls for blocked RTP.

Regarding questions:
Internal calls and voice on the E1 link were not sent or received unidirectionally
Did not check RTP
There is no problem regarding IP communication in the network.
We don't have a firewall either
