Problem using VPN to access office network

We receive error msg "11:20:08.466 recv fail rlen -1 err 10054 2746" from the log viewer of the VPN client. This error appeared when it failed to established a tunnel to our office.

Appreciate if someone could exam on this error message.

We managed to work with the ISP to resolve the issue. The problem seem to be at the ISP end - very funny ;-)

For future reference, if anyone is interested, IPsec uses IP protocols 50 (AH) and 51 (ESP), as well as UDP port 500 to communicate.

I had a similar problem with an ISP in Austria that was blocking IPsec (they claimed they weren't, but long story short, they were and now it works).

I saw the exact error message. I am using a
SonicWall VPN Client with a Novatel card.

recv fail rlen -1 err 10054 2746

Did you ever resolve it?
