problem unable to licence after upgrade

Anybody had any problems upgrading from 4.2 to 5.0 PR1 with licencing failing after upgrade.

Just tried to upgrade a brand new cX with 4.2 to 5 and now it won't licence (it liceneced the 4.2 OK for the upgrade process)?

Its finding the AMC fine but says it can't validate the licence...

Check and be sure the date and time are correct.

Time and date correct, software assurance in place.

Finally gave up and re-installed from the serial port as the software installer barfed half way through a re-install try for a clean load (full install).....

Booted up and downloaded licences just fine from the MiCW.

Thanks for the input though.
