Problem trying mapping a network drive.

Hi folks.
I have a win xp-pro machine that is join a domain, and it has been impossible to map a drive on that pc. I can ping all servers on the network without problems and also i have internet connection; Other machines do not report network connection problems with mapped drives. I run software antivirus, and no virus were found.

You guys can help me, i'll appreciatte it.

If you have the lastest home edition of symantec then you will have problems mapping drives.

Hard to help unless we know what kind of problems you are having. What have you tried and what error messages do you get?
