hi,we've just upgraded our IPoffice system.
We now have IPoffice 2.1.14
Phone Manager 2.1.7 (a couple on 2.1.8 to fix problems)
(IPoffice Manager 4.1.15)
The biggest problem we have so far, is that our receptionist tends to lose calls when asked by someone out of the office to call someone, call them back and put the two calls together.
Effectively, making two seperate outgoing calls, and trying to transfer them together. This will generally be between two mobiles, though I wouldn't have thought that would be the problem?
Does anyone know if this is a fault, or do we just need help in the correct method of using the software? (having the "transfer calls together icon at both ends of the row, and not always working even if it is highlighted just tends to confuse the issue even more.
