Problem transferring call using Phone 4425 IP Vision with SIP protocol in TSE 6.3

Hi, we are using MXone TSE 6.3 and have setup SIP extension using phone Dialog 4425 IP Vision. We can receive call and make call. But we cannot transfer and incoming call from internal or external to another extension. Any idea what is the problem? The phone is using Firmware: Boot CAA1580044 R4E / Application CAA1580043 R9D / Language CAA1580045 R8E. Thank you in advanced. We try follow document. Once make the second call we press "C" to transfer or just hangup. But the second call gets hangup and the first call comes in. Id anyone have experience the same problem and solved it, hope could advise. Thank you.

SIPHookFlash=DTMF_INFO_!
;SIP_DTMF=INFO ;RFC2833 or INFO

why not stick with what works ? Make it H323 which is what is designed for really

Yes, some of them using H323 and it works fine. We are trying to use it with MiCollab as the phone already in use.

problem solved after replacing the config file given by our channel partner.
