I have a PC with Windows XP and I want to connect to a NT 4 Server. The XP recognises the network and I can see the shared folders in NT. The problem is that when I start the PC it doesn't show me the login window to log in the NT domain, and it only ask the username and password when I try to open a shared folder in NT.
Where can I configure the PC with XP to log in NT when it start?

have you tried going to My COmputer, right-click, Properties. Go to Computer Name tab, and configure what you need to configure? (network ID, and/or renaming computer... )

justpassedby,

I configure already the things you said but I can't configure the domain(NT 4) where I want the users of this PC to logged on.
