Hard to say what the problem is there.

Does it get a chance to start writing to HISTA or is not stable long enough to get the hista off?

Can you boot from MO?

Ensure that the processor has a white strip with the part number written on it (next to the SIM card slot), if it is a yellow strip then that processor is only for V5 and upwards.
V4 uses S30810-Q23110-X-11 (White)
V5 and above uses S30810-Q2311-C1 (Yellow)

Ok I have managed to boot using An MOD..
However the system is giving error
LOAD ERROR FOR DATA SUBSYSTEM OF AMO CODEW
EXCEPTION CODE : H'8442
The processors are failing to go to the active and standby state...

OK so it's not booting successfully from the MOD.

This is where you use your backup MO to boot the system. If you haven't got one, you have a problem.

If you had a maintenance contract with Unify, then someone could build you a new V3 HD, and then use PCHi to try and extract the DB from your faulty HD and transfer to new. But without that - you have a problem again.
