Problem: SMTP at Outlook XP Client Computer...

hi 2 all
I am using DSL INTERNET on MS-Windows 2000 Advanced Server Domain Controller and ISA Server 2000.
I am unable to configure Outlook XP at client computer to send and receive e-mail using POP3 and SMTP...
I am fetching problem in SMTP more over I am unable to ping any external site from the client computer.
Remember i am using Static IP like (192.168.0.1 to 192.168.0.9)
I have configured POP3 and SMTP Filters on ISA Server and DNS Query, HTTP,HTTPS, NNTP filter as well...
What should more I need to do either on ISA Server or Client Computers...???
Please help me out, waiting for instant reply.

do you have protocol rules allowing the use of pop3 and smtp. You may need to install the firewall client or configure the client pcs as secure nat clients by setting the ip default gateway of the client pc's to the isa server internal address.

i am using USB Modem and for the time being i have enable
All IP Trafic... in Protocol Rules
