We are running Ascom Dect phones, D62 and D81 off of a Mitel OpenMobility Manager V2.6.2. (DeTeWe Base stations) running of a Mitel 3300 running 9.0.2.31 with option 42 (NTP) configured. What ever is tried, the phones do not pick up the time and date, and I am unable to program it manually on the phones via Admin menu on phone (in call time screen press >*<<*<). Any ideas ?

The Phones will only get the new time after they are rebooted.

There is a seperate NTP option on the OMM where you set the NTP server address.
The phones do not use the DHCP NTP option.

The DeTeWe OMM solution will receive the Time from the 3300 and the 3300 must be set to 24hour clock as the OMM only supports 24hours clock setting. This will then update the time on the OP27 phones. If this is not correct on any other phone then the problem is that it will not be supported on the GAP between the RFP and the handset.
