Problem sending

We are having a problem sending to one exchange site. They can send mail into our system, but when i send back to them it gets delayed and then eventually times out. However, they are able to receive mail from other outside source(aol). They are running exchange 5.5, and i have 2000.
Any help would be great

Are these two sites in the same Exchange org?

Two Different Sites, Totally different companies. It seems that it takes 18 hopes to deliver this email. The setting on my mail server was set to a limit of 16 hopes. I think this might have been the problem.
