Hi,
For about a month now, more and more users have been complaing about their inability to send email to our exchange server through their local isp. Downloading via pop3 has never been a problem. Originally we were having them relay through their isp to our mail server for authentication. After this quit working (isp more than likely not allowing relaying) we started switching their outgoing to the isp's mail server. This doesn't always work either. Could any of this be in some way related to our exchange 2000 server? If more detail is needed please let me know.
Thank you
