Problem Reporting in Access

I have recently set up a number of SCCS 4.2 reports in Microsoft Access. These were working fine up until yesterday.

However, we are now getting the following error message whilsty trying to connect to them:

[sybase][ODBC sybase drive][sybase]ct_connect(): network packet layer: internal net library error: unable to find an available protocol driver structure

We are getting this on every PC we try to access these reports with and they all have clients installed.

Any idea's anybody???
