problem opening .cap file

Has anyone encountered this problem?
I am trying to open a .cap file from one of our remote sites and in doing so snifferpro tells me that the file is not supported. I open it up in Notepad and see that the header is slightly different. Instead of seeing XCP 002.001 I see XCP 002.002. Is this a version problem or what?

Any help would be much appreciated!!!

A version problem is not likely. I am a CNX and open files in 4.0 Sniffer Pro consistently. The only thing I can think of is if the fill was not saved properly (e.g corrupt, or you are using version 3.x to open a 4.x .cap file.

I am using an older version of SnifferPro, and just confirmed from our remote site that they recently upgraded to 4.0 since our last trace. I guess this is how we're going to get an upgrade.
