Problem loging into BCM 50

Hi all

I am having a problem with logging into a BCM 50 r3.
Last time i logged into, it asked me to install a cartridge, and i install it.

Now, it doesnt allow me to login into the BCM 50.
I can not reset it, because it is on remote site.

Everything works fine, but i might need to access it some time in future, and this doesnt allow be, it gives me message resolving cartridge identifier.

Any help?

Nope, no way to find the MAC address.
