Is anyone else having issues logging into PLDS? It immediately logs me out as soon as I enter my creds...

Yeah I had this 36 hours ago on a Logmein session with a customer while trying to get Admin suite. I ended up using IE as Google Chrome and Firefox were restricting the pop ups. PLDS was opening to a blank page. IE got me over the line.

IE11 just worked then for the critical patch using PLDS.

Funny thing is, Avaya support pops up saying IE isn't supported when you log in with it yet it's the only browser that works....you couldn't make this stuff up....only Avaya :)

Avaya seems to be working on their SAP backend systems.
(Got a message saying that changes are being implemented, with scheduled downtime dates in Aug.)
PLDS is one of the systems involved.
I noticed that IE message too, but everything still works despite though..

Clear history and cookies helps sometimes.

I've had the same issue occur. However, I've found a little more about it. My company has 2 offices - 1 with a single internet connection, 1 with two internet connections. The offices are located in different states.
When trying to access PLDS from the site with 2 connections, I get the logged out message. When accessing from the site with the single connection, I can get in without any problems.

I've checked this out with multiple SSO accounts, and it seems to be some sort of blacklist for certain IP's. I've raised a ticket with ITSS so hopefully they can solve this one for us.

Try cmd>
tracert
I have the same problem with Tek-tips sometimes and need to restart the router. The problem is not tek-tips but in fact the nodes on the way to the site that shut it down.

Here's an attempted tracrt run just now.

Have gotten a response and closure to my ticket. They said they had a server issue (shocking I know!) and that its been corrected now.
Access to PLDS should be fine again.
