I recently recieved some new 9611G phones. Out of the box looks like they are running fw 6.0.1. I've obtained the latest firmware.
Placed the new files in the HTTP folder on my file server. I did rename the 46xxsettings file to be unique and tweaked the 96x1Hupgrade.txt to match.
My problem seems to be that the phones will read the 96x1Hupgrade.txt file but goes no further as if it doesn't see any changes to the settings file or see any new .tar files to load.
Has anyone had an issue with the 96x1Hupgrade.txt files? I've gone through this serveral times with other IP phone models without issue.
Any help is appreciated..
