I am trying to install the latest HFA on a Nokia but it is coming up wih the following error(see below). I have successfully installed it on 4 other Nokia's already. I think this may be due to a virtual link not being updated but am not sure as I do not have a lot of Nokia/Unix experience. Any suggestions or help on how to rectify this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Just to clarify the error is ".: Can't open /opt/CPshared/5.0/tmp/.CPprofile.sh". Cheers

Isnt it a nightmare when you try and do the most straightforward of things and they go wrong.

Search the nokia support site and there is the answer which involves restablishing virtual links - pretty straightforward instructions.

I also had to back out the patch from one of our firewalls as we had encryption funnies with secure client. However on some of our other firewalls with simpler configurations it worked ok.

Thanks
David.

Thanks David, I have since found the Knowledge Base resolution for this problem and all worked out ok. Cheers for your help.
