PROBLEM INSTALLING CF SERVER4.0 on a Windows 2000 PC

I have a problem installing ColdFusion Server 4.0 on a PC with Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional. The Coldfusion Services "Cold Fusion Executive" "Cold Fusion RDS" and "Cold Fusion Application Service" are not created during the installation of Cold Fusion Server. Therefor I cannot Start the ColdFusion Server because it Needs these services.

Can anyone tell me what I can do to solve this problem.

I believe that for Win2K you will need Cold Fusion 4.5

I found out that with CF Server 4.5
the problem was solved.
