problem installing ACS R7 PC administration

Have downloaded the PC Admin 7.0.1.1 software but when I try to run setup I get an error message.

C:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt. The system file is not sutable for running MS-DOS and Micrisoft Windows applications?

Any Ideas?

Win XP with SP3.

We can't find the original disk that came with the system so I did the download ver. Is there any place other than the Avaya site to get a download for the PC admin?

I use the same thing and didn't have an issue with it. Try reinstalling it and maybe turn your firewall off to test.

Found the problem.
The Autoexec.nt file was missing in the Windows System 32 folder.

Installation went without a hitch after that.
