Problem Install CR Info

Hope someone can help. I tried to install Info, but it stopped at where it said "Shutting down Seagate Info components" without doing anything. Has anyone experienced this before? Thanks in advance for any asistance.

What OS are you installing on? It may not be supported as Info is pretty old.

What version of Info?

You might analyze the event log to determine what is happening.
