Problem in Time Stamp while updating the report set in IWR! URGENT!!!!

Hi,


While trying to update the report set in IWR ,
The time stamp of report set is not changing to new time stamp, It is showing the previous/first time stamp.
Is there a solution for this to get new time stamp?

In my experience, if the report was "Read Only" when it was originally published in IWR, any further updates will not occur and IWR will not issue any error message. The timestamp will remain untouched.

Is that your situation?

You did not mention if the report was really updated inspite of the timestamp not changing.

Everything works fine.
Only the time stamp of the report remains the same as the first posted to upfront time of the report set.
What i am looking is
whenever i "update" the report set the time stamp of the report in the upfront has to change.
If i delete the report set and post new report set the time stamp is correct.
but i want that in update of report set.

Tell me some ideas related to this....

I think what Goodnice is saying is the last "modified date/time" for IWR report objects in Upfront are not being updated when the report is modified and re-published(?).
I'm experiencing the same problem with version 7.0 MR2 of IWR and Upfront.

yes, u r correct.
U got my problem correctly but iam using MR1 version.
How we can go ahead with this?
Did u contact cognos support help?

It wasn't that big of an issue for me, so I did not contact them. I know that previous versions worked, and I will soon be trying out 7.1. I can let you know if that resolves the problem.
