Problem In the Contactstore 7.1 SP1

I have installed R8 with latest version of contactstore.
Now before 1 moth everything was working fine with all recordings & multiple exports of all calls.
Now if i want to export calls then it can be exported only using that server where VM pro & contactstore are installed.
I can't able to export calls with other PCs in the same network.

Use a different browser, like firefox.

Did you know?
If they name the hurricane after you, you have to pay for the damage.
 
You cant really use FF as it requires an Active X plugin to play back recordings.

Make sure you add contact store to the trusted sites and set the security for trusted sites low.

Yeah that's right HSM.
Firefox for UCM and apps server.
IE with pop ups enabled for support.avaya
Try chrome for CS

Yes. I have tried all browsers with different settings.
I tried IE, Firefox, Google chrome and even UC browser.
But the problem continues. I have created new user and provide multiple export facillity but still it is not working.
By logging in from other pc rather than server PC, i can save individual record but only multiple export is not working.
