problem in printing the report

hello!
i'm facing the problem of printing report6i whenever i try to print a report a got the error
"RWBLD60.exe has generated errors and will be closed by the windows. You will need to restart the program."
and i restart the application and got the same error again.
plz help me

Is your Reports version compatible with OS? If so, try to reinstall reports.

yeah report version is compatible with OS. and i've not only reinstalled the report bulider but also the windows again. but the problem is still. now i've taken the print by converting it into pdf format. still this is not my need. i want to print reports directly from report runtime.
plz help me

The problem is with the installation. You have uninstalled some drivers that Oracle Reports need. Are you using Oracle Discoverer??

Have you installed the latest patch 3171855 (Patch 15 for Developer 6i)?

You can download it from Metalink.

Not sure whether this will help.

I used to have the following problem:

When I compile a Oracle report, the windows will show "RWBLD60.exe has generated errors and will be closed by the windows."

Then I applied the patch 15 and the problem is gone.
