Problem in PRI outgoing

Hi,

I have a following set up with 2 PRI lines.

ACOD for PRI line 1 - 0
ACOD for PRI line 2 - 3

Have a problem in outgoing, when some one tries to dial any external number without the accesscode. It is taking the PRI and dialling out. Basically i need to restrict this and they have to use access code to make any outgoing calls.

Can someone help me in configuring in Option 11c mini.

are you talking about
access restrictions where users have to put in an access code before dialling out
