Problem in KX-TDA200

Hi, I have a problem in the (DHLC 8 lines card),I do not use digital lines except the programer but i am using the eight analog lines in this card and one of them stopped working.the wiring is OK.
and another problem,one line which is the first line in the group of 8 analog lines in the same card,seems to be connected with the programer because when i use this line the programer goes busy

check under slot right click on extension card,select port property's and turn on xdp for each port,
if one slot is not working taking the card out and back in to service may reset the port or power cycle the system

Thank you, i use phone to program the PBX how can i turn on&off xdp and what abut the other problem.
