problem in defining COSXD

Hi,
I have a openscape 4000 v7.
I want to define a COSXD for my desk phone by using the command below as i used to do in previous versions of hipath 4000.

ADD-PERSI:STN,4003,"Ahmad",,,"12345",,,,,,,,,,,,YES,;

but I am faced with the error:

F23: COSXCD IS BLOCKED

and here is the configuration of station and its class of sevice:

could you help me in this regard?

Hi,
Firstly all your COS and LCOSV are set to 1
so switching from 1 to 1 makes no sense.
Normally for COSXCD you have something like 6,1,6,1,6,1 whereas you have 1,1,1,1,1,1

COSXCD has to be added in FEASU
CHANGE-FEASU:TYPE=A,CM=COSXCD&DCOSX;

If you need to see what COS/LCOSV is active at a STN then
DISPLAY-BERUM:TYPE=ALLCOSX;
