Problem in Citrix Metaframe Server

Hi all,<br><br>I am having one TSR with metaframe 1.8 installed on it. I am facing following problems in Citrix.<br><br>01. while working in citrix server,it is automatically gets disconnected with error &quot;error in connection error:1030 protocol failed.<br><br>02. Duplication of profiles are creating (eg. vap login id is creating as vap.000). Because of this there are no printers are showing in printers dialog box.<br><br>03. Frequently Dr. Watson error is coming.<br><br>could u please solve my problems ?<br><br>Thanks<br>

Hello Kutty,<br><br>You have been blessed with the same issues that I have had to deal with!<br><br>1. First you can check to see if you have a value in your HK_Local_Machine key that specifies TCP/IP retransmissions time. Search the support.citrix.com using the word &quot;retransmission&quot;. Good stuff.<br><br>2. Regarding your duplicate profile situation, it sounds like you are using roaming profiles. Try switching to local profiles, which should be OK if you have just one TSE/MF server.<br><br>3. Lastly, hello Dr. Watson! Everybody gets visits from the Doctor. It's not necessarily a bad thing.
