Problem in Analogue phones

Hello all,

I am having a problem in one of our remote site.

We are receiving complaints that some people are not able to dial any number from their analogue phones. They hear the call progress tone but when they press any number there is no response, call progress tone is still there even after dialing the number.

Receiving however is fine, users only face this issue sometimes when they dial outside.

Any suggestions in this.

Are those trunks on which users dial out are Analog?
 
@Nithin, Analog as well as digital but this should not be a concern as this issue is also there when dialing internal calls.

I should also mention:
Our system was MD110, we upgraded to MX-ONE and this issue started.
We are facing this issue only at one site.

What version of MD110?
Version of TSE?
ELU Board and version?
TMU version or do you use TSU/TRU?
Any alarms?

What version of MD110?
Not exactly MD110, but I believe it was TSW SP7

Version of TSE?
Currently we are on MX-ONE 4.1_SP3

I believe the issue could be from TMU, as its responsible for all the signaling.
 
Have you tried FTTDI:LIM=7;
to test the MFU?
You say this is a remote site, so is it a single server with multiple gateways since the print shows MGW is 7C?
If this is the case, do you have problems in MGW 7A and 7B as well?
If you do, then it is probably not a TMU fault.

Test shows ok.

Yes, this is a remote site with 3 servers and multiple gateways.
We are mostly experiencing issues only in MGW 7C and sometimes in 7B. Only these two MGW (7B,7C) belong to that site.
7A belongs to another site close by, where we never experienced any issues.

Just wanted to update that we replaced the TMU cards for MGW 7C and so far we haven't received any complaints from the user side.
