Problem in analog 1

Hi all...
So i have a problem here, with the BCM i have the 1230 in the desk but i can't call the analog on the CPD, but if i change to local mode on the telephone, it work!
I dont't know sometimes i change something on BCM that is not important and start to work.
Yesterday before i go lunch the 4 analog DN it's work received call external and internal, but and i came back And try to make the call it's not work.
That is not the first time that its happen
Help me plese!

Did u enter the DN in the private rec'd digits box for all your sets?

Hi Dasheen thanks,
So on the Priv. Oli i put the same number DN 300 on the Pub. Oli i put DN 300 too.
If i use the local mode i can call DN 300 and i can use the telephone with no problem, but and i'm not in local mode i can't call, appears a H300 on the recepcionist telephone.

To call across the network make sure u assign target lines to your sets and program the private OLI. Private OLI will match your set DN.

Sooo in that part is right and on CS 1K
What i need to do?
I create a CDP on CS 1K with the DN number.
I see on the log, when a call came from the PSTN the BCM only direct the call to CS 1K on the Main Office, but when the call came to the analog here, the call lost in the middle and go to DN 101 (Recepcionist).

We must have a ATA to analog ring?
So i see on documentation that need but i don't know why, this analog ring without one...
So this ATA is important?
