Problem Forwarding DID to Application Menu 1

One of my users wants to be able to forward their DID to their cell phone at their discretion, however, when they forward it to their cell they only want it to ring between 9AM and 5:30PM Mon-Fri. Outside of those times they want the calls to go to their Call Pilot voicemail. I thought the easiest way to accomplish this would be to have them forward their DID to an Application Menu that has a day of week, time of day filter on it that forwards to the cell inside of the time frame and goes to voicemail outside of the time frame.

The menu is attached to a phantom 500 set that DCFW to Call Pilot (3100). When I call the phantom 500 set (ext. 1501) it goes to the menu and works properly, but when my user forwards their phone (ext. 8942) to the phantom line it automatically goes to their voicemail, not the menu. Any suggestions on what needs to be changed to make it so that when the users extension is forwarded to 1501 it goes to the menu instead of their voicemail box? I have SFA on both extensions but it still does not work. The print outs are below. Thank you!

add dn 1501 to your sdn table pointed to the app.. be sure sfa is on both stations

Thank you so much for your quick response! The DN 1501 has been added to the SDN table and is pointed to the app. Both DN's have SFA in the CLS. When I call 1501 the app works perfectly. The issue is when the user forwards their phone to 1501 it goes to their voicemail instead of the app. They have a voicemail associated with their extension, which is where it is going. How do I make it so that when the DN 8942 is forwarded to 1501 it goes to the App on 1501 instead of the VM on 8942?

Have you tried adding the user's DN to the SDN table?

if that does not work remove the analog and ld 23 new acd 1501 maxp 1 ncfw 3100.. you may want to mwc yes to avoid errors..

that tends to work far better the dcfw and does not waste the license.
