Please come in and help. My urgent problem is I want to export a table with yes/no fields and I want those fields show Yes or No in Excel but what I get is always TRUE or FALSE. I tried to change the format into yes/no rather than True/False in Access. But it did not work for me. I am using Windows XP Pro and Office XP. Thanks.

YES/NO: IIf([YN_FIELD]=True,"YES","NO")

Thanks p27br but bear with my ignorance. Please guide me where exactly in Access to put the code

Create a query and put the IIF statement as the value of a temporary field as shown. Then export this field (and your other data) rather than the raw table.
