Problem Distilling from Word

Greetings all!

I get the following message whenever I attempt to distill a document to a PDF format:

%%[ Error: invalidfont; OffendingCommand: findfont ]%%

Stack:
/Font
/Courier
/courier


%%[ Flushing: rest of job (to end-of-file) will be ignored ]%%
%%[ Warning: PostScript error. No PDF file produced. ] %%

This is from the Office, section, but I can having this issue and could really use some help.

Hi Steve,
Seems to be an invalid reference to font Courier. Check out your default paragraph font. Is it "Courier"?
If so: do you have "Courier" installed?

Will changing to "Courier New" fix the problem?

Have tried and no luck. I have gotten a lot of activity in the MS:Office thread on this topic, and no luck there either. Thanks for the help, I am trying to stay positive that this will be resolved.
